A general presentation of the activities and services provided by SMI detailed on this website is in accordance with the provisions of the Securities Law, 5728-1963 (the “Securities Law”). The management and employees of SMI will not be liable or liable in the event that any of the risks inherent in the
transaction materialize and the investor’s return on investment is impaired. An investor must have the ability to assess the quality of the investment and have the financial capacity to bear even the negative consequences of his investment.
